All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Our returns policy is outlined in our Returns & Refunds page. Your statutory rights are not affected by our policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
All ZYNQ products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYNQ's liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
