Every ZYNQ product is built to last — and backed by our word.
Coverage
Most ZYNQ products carry a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Select accessories and peripherals carry an extended 2-year warranty — check the “Warranty” line in the specifications tab on any product page for the exact term.
What’s not covered
Accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear (such as battery capacity loss over time), and damage from liquids beyond a product’s stated water-resistance rating are not covered.
Filing a claim
Sign in to your account and open Order History to start a warranty claim against a specific order, or contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. Most claims are resolved with a repair, replacement, or refund within 10 working days.
Extending coverage
Notebook and desktop purchases can be extended to 3 years of coverage at checkout for a one-time fee.
