Shipping options
We offer one shipping option so every order ships free. Delivery times can vary toward the upper end of the range for some postcodes.
Returns
Changed your mind? Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they’re in their original condition with all included accessories. Sign in to your account, open Order History, and select “Start a return” next to the relevant order — we’ll email a prepaid shipping label within minutes.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item. Personalized or opened consumable items (such as ear tip packs) are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order — this guarantees availability rather than waiting on stock to free up through a traditional exchange.
